The trouble is that when you do this consciously your new enlightened opinion does not change your patterns, because they are stored in your subconscious mind. They are like programs which are stored safely so they can't be accidentally changed, as they are part of your survival mechanism.

Your Inner Wisdom does this deep work for you. Because all changes are simply based on love and clear understanding you are guaranteed that all changes will be wise and beneficial. Born in Brisbane Australia on October 16th 1950 Hugo is a Libran and hence has been seeking balance in all things in life. He has the capacity to see both sides of any story and weigh them up. Hence even though Hugo was originally trained as Physicist and has a strong analytical mind he is also a mystic who loves to live with an open heart and flow with all that is.

After spending most of his working life as an Electronics Engineer Hugo experienced tragic loss and debilitating physical sickness and was forced to pay attention to his inner world. In finding out how to heal himself he turned the bright light of his analytical mind to understanding and healing the human psyche.

During this journey Hugo collected a degree in Counselling, as well as qualifications as a Hypnotherapist. He has used Focusing (as discovered by Eugene Gendlin and taught by Ann Cornell) for his own personal development since 2003 and has been teaching it in his popular Inner Exploration workshop and using it in Counselling since 2004.

While searching for the most powerful and painless way to help people, Hugo discovered how to access the Inner Wisdom of his clients without using Hypnosis and how to train it to quickly and easily do emotional healing for them, so they did not have to re-experience past traumatic events. This amazing new therapy is called Inner Wisdom Therapy.
Hugo developed Inner Wisdom Therapy from 2004 to 2006 and then spent a year validating it and polishing it in a pilot study which included more than 150 therapy sessions covering the typical issues being presented by Clients at Lifeline on the Gold Coast in Queensland Australia.

From 2006 till 2010 Hugo devoted most of his time to perfecting an automatic version of Inner Wisdom Therapy called Self ReDesign. Self ReDesign is presented in an audio recording which teaches the Inner Wisdom how to follow the same diagnostic procedure which Hugo developed in order to teach Inner Wisdom Therapy to other therapists. In addition the Self ReDesign process contains instructions to show the Inner Wisdom how to help the listener achieve any goal.

Now Hugo is concentrating on bring his work to the world to help people free themselves from suffering and achieve their dreams. The Self ReDesign process has become so powerful and works so deeply that it can be used for any kind of goal including Spiritual goals.
